Low Cholesterol Oatmeal Cookies
|Brown sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Corn oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||2 Teaspoon, dissolved in 2 tablespoons hot water|
|Oatmeal||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Beat sugar, oil, and egg substitutes together.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt; add to egg mixture.
Add baking soda mixture and vanilla.
Add oatmeal and raisins'.
Drop by heaping teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until very lightly browned.
