Ice Box Cookies

Ingredients
  Unsalted margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Almond extract 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Whole wheat pastry flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unbleached white flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped almonds 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Cream margarine, honey and extracts.
Add egg and beat well.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Roll dough into a long cylinder 2 1/2" in diameter.
Cover and freeze 2 hours.
Remove from freezer and immediately slice into 24 cookies.
Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
