Simple Molasses Cookies

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Molasses 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Warm water 3 Tablespoon
  Whole wheat pastry flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unbleached white flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat oil, honey, molasses and baking soda together.
Add remaining dry ingredients and stir to combine.
Chill dough several hours (or 1/2 hour in the freezer).
Divide dough into 18 pieces.
Place the pieces on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Flatten with wetted fingers to 1/8".
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
