This recipe it’s simple & the dough is easy to work. It’s great to work with kids.
2 Cup (32 tbs)
1⁄4 Pound (At Room Temperature, 1 Stick)
3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
1 , lightly beaten
1. Combine flour, salt & baking powder
2. In another bowl using a mixer, cream butter & sugar, add flour & mix until well combined. While the mixer still running, add milk, egg & vanilla, mix until well combined
3. Form 2 disks, chill about 1 hr
4. Preheat oven 350ºF
5. Over a floured surface roll out the dough, cut in desired shapes, put them on baking sheet. Bake them until lightly brown 10-15 minutes
