|Sifted confectioners sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Fine vanilla wafer crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Semi sweet chocolate||2 Ounce, grated (2 Squares,1 Ounce Each)|
|Cinnamon||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 325° F.
Beat egg whites until foamy, slowly add confectioners' sugar, and continue beating until firm peaks form.
Stir in crumbs, chocolate, and cinnamon.
Drop by level teaspoonfuls 2" apart on well-greased baking sheets and bake 20 minutes.
Transfer at once to wire racks to cool.
