In mixing bowl, combine shortening and eggs.
Blend in dry gelatin.
Add half of dry cake mix.
Beat at medium speed of mixer until fluffy.
Add remaining cake mix.
Blend on low speed, scraping sides of bowl constantly.
Stir in pineapple: Drop rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Cool one minute on cookie sheet Remove; cool on rack.
