Cut Out Cookies

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg whites 2
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Unbleached flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine oil and sugar.
Add whites one at a time, and then lemon juice and vanilla.
Mix flour, powder and nutmeg.
Add to mixture.
Chill dough in freezer for 10 minutes.
Roll out 1/8" thick.
Cut out cookies with a 3" round cookie cutter.
Bake at 350° for 7 to 10 minutes.
Cool and decorate.
