Postcake's Kokostoppar (Coconut Macaroons)
|Coconut flakes||500 Gram|
1. Bring the first 3 ingredients to a boil in a pan.
2. Add the coconut flakes in a food processor. Add the eggs, one at a time, and process until you have a smooth mixture. Cover with plastic wrap for 1 hour.
3. Using a piping bag, make 30 macaroons from the mixture on a sheet of baking paper and leave at room temperature until the next day.
4. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
