Ingredients
  All purpose flour 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Baking soda 2 Teaspoon
  Shortening 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Mix flour, sugars, baking powder, salt and baking soda in 6-quart bowl.
Cut in shortening with pastry blender just until mixture resembles small peas.
Store in airtight container at room temperature no longer than 10 weeks.
