Very Simple Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients
  Egg whites 2
  Powdered sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Desiccated coconut powder 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
Directions

Beat the egg whites until stiff and peaks form.
Fold-in (mix slowly) sugar and coconut.
Mix well.
Grease a baking tray.
Put table spoon fulls of mixture on the tray, leaving space in between.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 20 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes.
Remove from the tray and cool cornpletely.
Store in a airtight container.
