Apple Graham Cookie Pudding
|Chunky applesauce||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Graham crackers square||12|
|Chopped walnuts||2 Tablespoon|
1. In a small bowl, combine applesauce and cinnamon. Stir to mix well.
2. Spread a layer of cinnamon applesauce over bottom of a 1 1/2-quart shallow casserole; top with a layer or graham crackers. Continue layering applesauce and graham crackers until all have been used. End with a layer of applesauce. Sprinkle walnuts over top. Cover tightly and refrigerate 12 hours.
3. To serve, spoon pudding into individual serving bowls. Store any leftovers in refrigerator.
