Cardamom Cookies

Ingredients
  Soft butter/Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground cardamom 1 Tablespoon
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sifted all purpose flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Cream butter and sugar until light.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Shape into 2 long rolls 2 inches in diameter.
Roll up in wax paper and chill overnight.
Cut into 1/8 inch slices and arrange on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (375°F.) for 8 to 10 minutes.
