|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Almond extract||1 Teaspoon|
|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 35°F.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Blend in egg yolks and almond extract.
In a separate bowl, stir together flour and salt; blend into creamed mixture.
Fill a cookie press with the dough.
Using a variety of discs, press onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Decorate as desired.
Bake for 8 to 1 minutes.
