Chocolate Nut Drop Cookies
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (At Room Temperature)|
|Peanut butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg||1 Large (Extra Large Size)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Rolled oats||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Semi sweet chocolate chips||3 Ounce|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 375° F.
In a mixing bowl, blend butter and peanut butter.
Add sugar, egg, milk, and vanilla; blend well.
In a separate mixing bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, soda, salt, and oats.
Blend dry ingredients into peanut butter mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop by tea-spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cookies are golden brown.
Makes about 35 cookies.
