|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cream of tartar||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Almond flavoring||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Cream butter, sugar and egg until well blended.
Add flour, cream of tartar, soda, salt and almond flavoring to butter mixture.
Beat until well blended.
Chill until firm.
Use one tablespoon of dough per cookie, roll into ball.
Bake 9 at a time.
MICROWAVE 2 to 3 MINUTES on HIGH or until set.
