Cookie Ice Cream Supreme

Ingredients
  Vanilla ice cream 1⁄2 Gallon
  Capri brownie creme cookies 6 1⁄2 Ounce, coarsely crushed (1 Package)
  Raspberry preserves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Orange-flavored liqueur 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Place ice cream in large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, at 50% power 2 minutes or until softened, stirring once during heating.
2. Stir in cookies until well blended. Spoon into 10-inch pie plate. Cover; freeze 3 hours or until firm.
3. Just before serving, prepare sauce. In small microwave-safe bowl, stir together preserves, lemon juice and liqueur. Microwave, uncovered, on high 1 1/2 minutes or until preserves are melted, stirring once during heating.
4. To serve, let ice cream stand at room temperature 5 minutes; cut into wedges. Serve with warm sauce.
