Soft And Luscious Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients
  Firmly packed brown sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs), softened
  Coffee flavored liqueur/Dark creme de cacao 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  All purpose flour/Unbleached flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coarsely chopped walnuts/Hazelnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Swiss bittersweet chocolate 6 Ounce, coarsely chopped (2 Bars, 3 Ounce Each)
Directions

Heat oven to 350°F.
Lightly grease cookie sheets.
In large bowl, beat brown sugar, sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
Add liqueur and eggs; beat well.
Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
Add flour, baking soda and salt; mix well.
Stir in walnuts and chocolate.
Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls 3 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets; flatten slightly.
Bake at 350°F. for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
