Unbaked Caramel Cookies
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||6 Ounce (canned)|
|Instant butterscotch pudding mix||4 Ounce|
|Quick oats||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
Combine sugar, butter and milk in large saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat; add pudding mix and oats.
Mix well; cool for 15 minutes.
Drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper-lined tray.
