Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients
  Coconut 500 Gram, finely grated
  Caster sugar 250 Gram
  Egg white 6
  Vanilla essence 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Grease a baking tin with butter and set aside. Heat the oven to 350°F.
Mix the castor sugar and grated coconut and vanilla esence in a large bowl.
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt till stiff peaks rise and gently fold into the coconut-sugar mixture.
Place teaspoons of mixture on the buttered tray leaving space between each teaspoonful and bake till golden brown.
