Ingredients
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  All purpose flour/Unbleached flour 2 3⁄4 Cup (44 tbs) (Pillsbury)
  Cream of tartar 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oven to 400°F.
In large bowl, beat 1 1/2 cups sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.
Add vanilla and eggs; blend well.
Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
Add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt; mix well.
In small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll balls in sugar-cinnamon mixture.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until set.
Immediately remove from cookie sheets.
