Measure cornflake crumbs, sugar, and butter Into a 13x9x2-inch baking pan; mix thoroughly and spread evenly and firmly in bottom of pan to form crust.
Scatter chocolate over crust.
Spread coconut evenly over chocolate: sprinkle walnuts over coconut.
Spoon sweetened milk evenly over walnuts.
Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes, or until lightly browned around edges.
Cool; cut into bars.
