Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies

Ingredients
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Steel cut oatmeal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flaked coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butterscotch chips 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1) Cream sugar, butter and vanilla. Add egg, flour and baking soda, mix well. Add oats, coconut and chips.
2) Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
