Sweet Peanut Brittle

Ingredients
  Dark corn syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Molasses 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Salted peanuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking soda 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook first 4 ingredients until blended.
Stir in peanuts and boil until a small amount of mixture separates in hard threads when dropped into cold water (280°F on a candy thermometer).
Stir in soda and pour into buttered shallow pan.
When firm, break into pieces.
