Gluten-Free Holiday Ginger Cookie

Someone in my family has stopped eating gluten, so recently I’ve been doing a bit of cooking with gluten-free flour. Today I made some ginger cookies.
Ingredients
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soymilk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Molasses 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Gluten free flour 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Mix oil ,soymilk, molasses, vanilla in a bowl.
bowl for mixing gluten-free flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, salt and sugar.
Mix the dry mix with the wet mixture.
Put some baking paper on a baking tray.
Roll spoonfuls of the mixture into cookies.
Put them in the oven and baked them at 175 degrees for 15 minutes.
Take them out and put them on a wire rack to cool.
