|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
Cream the butter and sugar.
Combine the flour and salt and add to the creamed mixture.
Add pecans and vanilla extract.
Form into 3/4-inch balls and place on greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven; cool slightly and roll in a generous amount of powdered sugar.
When cold, roll again in powdered sugar.
