Easy Refrigerator Cookies
|Butter/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|White brown sugar/Light brown sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs) (firmly packed)|
|Vanilla extract||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|All purpose flour||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add vanilla extract.
Combine flour and salt and blend into creamed mixture.
Shape into rolls, wrap in waxed paper and chill until ready for baking.
