|Butter/Margarine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Cake flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Mint flavored semisweet chocolate morsels||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Candied red cherries||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), halved|
|Finely chopped pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||1 Tablespoon|
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy in large bowl.
Add water and vanilla extract; beat well.
Stir in dry ingredients, then chocolate morsels and cherries.
Chill about 1 hour.
Shape into 1 -inch balls; roll in nuts.
Place balls about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.
Roll baked cookies in powdered sugar while warm.
