MEETHI TIKIYA,or KHAJOORAIN ( THEKUA).
|White flour||1⁄2 Kilogram (maida)|
|Sugar||400 Gram, grinded|
|Crushed coconut||9 Tablespoon|
|Chopped and mixed dry fruits||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Almonds)|
|Oil/Ghee||1 Cup (16 tbs) (for frying)|
All ingredients mix in a bowl with 5-6 tbsp. Ghee.
Add little water in it ,prepare a hard dough with it.
Divided the dough in five or six equal portions.
Prepare 1/2 inch thick bread from every portion.
Cut in to the shape of cookies by cookies cutter.
Fry it medium on flame in preheated oil.
The dish is ready to serve.
