Quick Chocolate Macaroons
|Bakers chocolate||3 Ounce, melted|
|Powdered sugar||1 Pound|
|Egg whites||3 , unbeaten|
Melt the chocolate over a slow fire and in a tin pan work to a thick paste "with the sugar and the whites of the eggs, unbeaten.
