Pecan Cookie Balls

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Self rising flour 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pecan nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Confectioners sugar 6 Tablespoon (To Coat)
Directions

Mix all the ingredients (apart from the confectioners sugar) together in a large bowl and work to an even consistency.
Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Pre-heat the oven to 350°F and mould the chilled cookie mixture into little ball shapes.
Place them on a greased and floured baking sheet in the oven for 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
Remove from the oven, roll each one in confectioners sugar, cool and serve.
