Ingredients
  Lukewarm water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Active dry yeast 1 Tablespoon (1 Package)
  Lukewarm milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Soft butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  All purpose flour 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Soft butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Measure water into mixing bowl.
Add 1 tsp.sugar and stir until dissolved.
Sprinkle yeast on top of water and let stand 10 minutes.
Stir until dissolved.
Add milk, sugar, salt, egg and 1/4 cup soft butter.
