Chocolate Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients
  Cooking chocolate 60 Gram (1 Square)
  Condensed milk 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry grated coconut 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Melt chocolate in top of a double boiler.
Add condensed milk, coconut, salt and vanilla.
Drop by teaspoonfulls 2 inches apart onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake in moderate oven (180°C) for 20 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.
Store in airtight tin.
