Chocolate Coconut Macaroons

|Cooking chocolate||60 Gram (1 Square)|
|Condensed milk||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Dry grated coconut||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Melt chocolate in top of a double boiler.
Add condensed milk, coconut, salt and vanilla.
Drop by teaspoonfulls 2 inches apart onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake in moderate oven (180°C) for 20 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.
Store in airtight tin.
