Homemade Butter Cookies

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (firmly packed)
  Eggs 2
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Soda 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cream of tartar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
And eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add vanilla extract, then stir In dry Ingredients which have been combined.
Drop by 1/2 teaspoonsful onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375° for 12 to 15 minutes.
