|Pecan meats||2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped|
Set egg whites and sugar on back of stove (very low heat or just warm surface) to melt, stirring occasionally until melted; then add vinegar and vanilla.
Whip until quite stiff; add pecans; then drop by teaspoons on well-greased tins. (Bake in slow oven, 325 degrees.)
