Stir-N-Drop Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Salad oil 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon peel 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat eggs well: stir in oil, vanilla extract and lemon peel.
Blend in sugar until mixture thickens.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt: stir into mixture.
Drop by teaspoonsful about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Flatten with the greased bottom of a glass dipped in sugar.
Bake at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes or until a delicate brown.
Remove immediately from cookie sheets.
