Nutaroons

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Peanuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
  Almond extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Crisp rice cereal 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Directions

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy; add egg and beat well.
Stir in peanuts, almond extract and cereal; mix well.
Shape balls the size of a tablespoon and place on lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350 ° for about 12 minutes.
