Quick Lemon Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients
  Flaked coconut 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sweetened condensed milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Grated lemon peel 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine coconut, condensed milk, lemon peel and lemon juice.
Drop by teaspoonsful about 1 inch apart on well-greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 325° for 8 to 10 minutes, or until delicately browned.
Remove from cookie sheet at once and allow to cool on wire racks.
