No Bake Fruit Cookies
|Dried apricots||10 , cut up|
|Pitted prunes||10 , cut up|
|Rolled oats/Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Apple juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
In a blender or food processor, blend or process the apricots, prunes and oats or walnuts until finely chopped.
Stir in the apple juice and cinnamon.
Shape into 10 balls.
Cover and store the cookies in a cool, dry place.
