Lemon Cookies

Ingredients
  Lemon 1⁄4
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs), sifted
  Granulated sugar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Squeeze lemon and grate lemon peel, Whisk butter until creamy.
Add sugar and whisk until mixture turns white.
Add beaten egg, lemon juice, grated lemon peel and sifted flour.
Mix well.
Flatten dough to a thickness of 1/4 inch on a board coated with flour.
Grease paper with salad oil and arrange half of cookies on it.
Microwave, uncovered, 3 minutes, 30 seconds on high.
Repeat with remaining half.
