Double Orange Skewer Dessert

Ingredients
  Mandarins 2 , peeled and sectioned
  Seedless orange 1 , peeled and sectioned
  Honeydew melon 1⁄2 , cut into bite size pieces (Orange Colored)
  Granulated sugar 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Orange liqueur 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Unsweetened chocolate 2 Ounce (60 Gram)
  Heavy cream 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Icing sugar 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Vanilla 4 Drop (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Place fruit in bowl with granulated sugar and liqueur.
Toss and let stand while you make the sauce.
Place chocolate, cream, icing sugar and vanilla in double boiler.
Cook until mixture is completely melted; stir constantly.
Alternate fruit on wooden skewers and place on individual dessert plates.
Drizzle chocolate sauce over kebabs.
