Toasty Oat Crackers

Ingredients
  Quick-cooking rolled oats/Regular rolled oats 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame seed 1 Tablespoon
  Salt/Seasoned salt/garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Place quick cooking rolled oats or regular rolled oats in a blender container or food processor bowl.
Cover and blend about 1 minute or till oats are evenly ground.
In a mixing bowl combine oats, flour, wheat germ, sugar, sesame seed, and salt.
Cut in butter till mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Gradually add water, mixing till dry ingredients are moistened.
Shape dough into a 9-inch-long roll.
Wrap and chill for several hours.
Cut into 1/8 inch slices; place on ungreased baking sheet.
Flatten till very thin with tines of a fork.
Bake in a 375° oven about 12 minutes or till edges are brown.
Remove and cool on wire rack.
