Pecan Cookies

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Warmed honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Maple syrup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whole wheat pastry flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pecan halves 48
Directions

Preheat oven to 325° F.
Cream butter, oil, honey, and maple syrup until smooth.
Stir in flour and salt; add vanilla and pecans.
Mix well.
Form dough into 1-inch balls, place on ungreased baking sheet, and press pecan half lightly into center of each, flattening cookie slightly in the process.Bake 15 to 20 minutes until light brown.
