Cocoa Cookies

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Baking cocoa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Dash
  Margarine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Granulated brown sugar replacement 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Granulated fructose 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chocolate flavoring 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Sift together flour, cocoa, and salt; set aside.
Using an electric mixer, beat the margarine until fluffy.
Add brown sugar replacement and fructose.
Beat well.
Stir in chocolate flavoring.
Gradually stir flour mixture into creamed mixture.
Blend well.
Place a piece of wax paper on a paper plate.
Shape dough into balls; then arrange nine balls in a circle around the edge of the plate.
Microwave on High for 2 minutes, or until cookies are set.
Rotate plate one-quarter turn once during baking.
Slip wax paper onto a cutting board.
Allow cookies to cool completely.
