Easy Baking n Making Cookies

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Firmly packed light brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Pancake syrup 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Sifted all purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Oats 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Old Fashioned / Quick Rolled)
  Coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars; beat in egg, syrup and vanilla.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt; beat into creamed mixture until blended; stir in oats and coconut.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake in moderate oven, 350°F., 12€” 15 minutes.
