|Pure vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Rolled oats||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Chopped dates||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2. Beat the brown sugar and oil together until well blended.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop from a teaspoon onto an oiled baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, or until well browned and done. Cool on a wire rack.
