Frosted Orange Cookies

Ingredients
  Pound cake mix 8 Ounce (Fructose-Sweetened)
  Orange juice concentrate 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Frosting mix 3 3⁄5 Ounce (Fructose-Sweetened)
  Margarine 1 Teaspoon
  Orange rind 3 Teaspoon, finely grated
Directions

Combine cake mix and 1/3 c. (90 mL) of the orange juice concentrate in a medium-size bowl.
Stir to blend completely. (Mix will seem sticky.) Drop on a cool, greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Move to cooling rack.
Meanwhile, combine the frosting mix and remaining 1/3 c. (90 mL) of orange juice concentrate in a saucepan.
Stir to blend: then place saucepan over medium heat and continue stirring until mixture is very thick and paste-like.
Remove from heat, and stir in the margarine.
Cool completely before frosting cookies.
Frost cookies; then sprinkle a small amount of finely grated orange rind on the top of each one.
