|Shortbread cookies||10 Ounce, crushed (1 Package)|
|Flaked coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|10x confectioners' powdered sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Thawed frozen orange juice concentrate||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), frozen|
|10x confectioners' powdered sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Mix cookie crumbs, coconut, and the 2/3 cup 10X sugar in a medium-size bowl.
2. Stir in orange juice until well blended.
3. Roll mixture, a teaspoonftil at a time, into balls between palms of hands; roll each in 10X sugar in a pie plate to coat generously. Chill at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
