Microwave Peanut Brittle

Ingredients
  White karo syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Margarine 1 Teaspoon
  Salted peanuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix together Karo syrup and sugar in microwave safe dish.
Cook on High speed for 4 minutes.
Add margarine, salted peanuts and vanilla.
Stir.
Cook on High speed for 3 minutes.
Add baking soda and stir for 1 minute.
Pour onto greased cookie sheet.
Let cool completely.
Break into pieces and store in airtight container.
