Ingredients
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Currants 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 4 Tablespoon, softened
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), warmed
  Molasses 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , well beaten
  Sour cream/Yoghurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Cream of tartar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mace 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F.and grease a 7 x 14-inch pan.
Mix raisins, currants, nuts, and flour.
Cream butter, add honey, molasses, eggs, sour cream or yogurt, and salt.
Beat well.
Mix flour, soda, cream of tartar, and spices.
Beat well, then stir in the floured fruit and nuts.
Spread in the prepared pan and bake in preheated oven about 15 minutes, or until top is firm.
While still warm, cut into squares or bars.
