Sweet Snowballs

Ingredients
  Confectioners sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), sifted
  Nuts 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), coarsely chopped (Almonds, Walnuts, Filberts)
  Egg white 1
  Vanilla 1 Dash
Directions

Place 1/2 cup sugar and nuts in an electric blender at high speed for 30 seconds.
Work in the egg white and vanilla with a spatula.
This will make a paste firm enough to roll into balls.
Make little balls with about 1 teaspoon of the paste for each.
Roll in remaining sugar, and place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in preheated 325°-350° oven for 15-25 minutes, or until cookies are puffed.
